In reference of the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that came into

force on the 25th May 2018, suspending the existing Data Protection Act.

 

Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential,

and will be shared only with relevant trades & suppliers.

 

We require your data as it is a requirement necessary to enter into a contract.

Your data will be kept for no longer than reasonably necessary.

Your rights and your personal data:

 

Unless subject to an exemption under the GDPR, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data;

  • The right to request a copy of the personal data which we hold about you.

  • The right to request that we correct any personal data if it is found to be inaccurate or out of date.

  • The right to request your personal data is erased where it is no longer necessary to retain such data.

  • The right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time.

  • The right to request that we provide you with your data and where possible, to transmit that data directly to another data controller (known as the right to data portability).

  • The right, where there is a dispute in relation to the accuracy or processing of your personal data, to request a restriction is placed on further processing.

handle customer's and supplier's personal data to comply with principles of the New General Data Protection Regulation as outlined below:

  • Customer's and supplier's data is only to carry out the obligation to the customer or supplier.

  • We must ask the customer's or supplier's consent to use the data held in any other way as from the original purpose for the data being held.

  • Customer's and supplier's data is not kept longer than necessary to perform our obligation.

  • Customer's and supplier's data is required to be kept for a period of time will be securely stored in line with the New General Data Protection Regulation.

  • Any data that is no longer required will be disposed of securely in line with the New General Data Protection Regulation.
